How we started

 

Mark Patel's love of creating baking started long ago. As a young boy his mother who was a great chef in her own right couldnt keep him out her pots and pans and away from her kitchen. Soon she gave in and his love of creating baking delights grew under her tutalage. As a young man he would go on to enroll in one of the best Culinary Art schools in the United States. Earning the title Master Baker in a few short years he went on to create for great resteraunts in the metro Chicago area as well as establishments in the North West suburbs.

After owning several successful businesses of his own he brings you the latest endevour Yb Ice Cream and Pastries located at 1405 W Schaumburg Road in Schaumburg Illinios. A instant darling to the surrounding community Yb Icecream and Pastries continues to create the things that make childern and adults alike say thing like "oooooh' and 'yummy"! Make your way over and enjoy a desert or create a custom wedding cake.
